Stables Cottage rests in the hamlet of Crosshands near Mauchline,
surrounded by the hills and fields of the Ayrshire farmlands. The
towns of Kilmarnock, Ayr and Irvine are close at hand and a drive
of less than 40 minutes takes you to Scotland's biggest city, Glasgow,
famous for its architecture and culture. There's easy access to
the main tourist routes through Ayrshire.
Scotland's international airports at Prestwick and Glasgow are
close by along with convenient rail and bus links. Stables Cottage
has been awarded Three Stars for quality and facilities by 'Visit
Scotland', the national tourist authority.
Accommodation is available for up to six
people.
