By car you will find Crosshands on the main A76 trunk road which runs between Dumfries and Kilmarnock. It is approxiamtely 7 miles south of Kilmarnock and about 2 miles north of the town of Mauchline. When you reach the crossroads at Crosshands, turn west towards Tarbolton on the B744. Stables Cottage is the second house on the left, less than 25 metres from the junction. |
